The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is currently conducting a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) study of the Interstate10/Interstate 95 interchange area in Jacksonville and looking at improving travel times through the interchange. The study is focused on identifying low impact/moderate cost modifications that will improve the flow of traffic through the existing I-95/I-10 interchange.

Since the February 10, 2014 public meeting, FDOT has updated alternatives and addressed input received from the public:
